I've done it before, a couple of years back.
Added a 5" perfect-match printed fabric in that same tiffany-blue
kinda colour and quilted the center piece all over.
Looks lovely here :-)
Matching polkadot blue as backing fabric and a solid pale blue as binding.
LOVE how it turned out!
