It was an old "I Love Dancing" teddy panel I've had for ages. I came across it again after cleaning my sewing area.
I simply added a 5" shade of pink polkadot which complemented the panel and quilted the dancing teddy.
Really simple.
Backing fabric was the same shade of pink, but of a bigger polkadot and binding was the same as the finishing border.
Had enough fabric leftover for a baby pillow :-)
