A's work again. I quite like this one with lil' children. Can be for a boy or a girl.
Ideal for a birthday present. Can put lots of goodies inside :-)
My friend A is really good at stuff like this - she does decoupage on tins, wood; you name it.
Yup, its the same Paddington Bear panel - with a slight difference.
Put a 5" yellow confetti fabric around it and it's done ....
A lovely wave-like blue for its backing and a darker shade of blue for binding.
Simple & nice.
Been awhile since I made a dinosaur quilt - so here it is again. Dinosaurs playing sports. Had only 6 blocks measuring 5" each.
Did my favourite method of log cabin around it with 2 types of blues and 2 types of greens to bring out the colours of the dinosaur. A bright yellow print in the middle of it all and an excellent greenish fabric to compliment it.
For the backing fabric, found a nice yellow with small green dragon fly; and a coordinating green for its binding.
I just love this one!
Ok people, this was hand drawn and cut out, then I zig-zag stitch all around it. Then, my friend A decorated it a bit by drawing its antenna and outlining its body. She also used an invisible ink and drew circles on its wing.
Made 5 butterflies & 3 hearts on white fabric, and alternated them with different colored pastel fabric blocks. A nice blue tone-on-tone as first border and a lovely yellow butterfly fabric as the outer border. 
Found a suitable pale blue backing fabric and went back to the same blue for its binding.
Turned out really sweet. A nice cot size actually.
My first sail boat from scratch! Had to cut up small 2.5" pieces of fabrics and put them together to make a sail boat.
Made 12 such blocks. Framed it with a nice 2.5" dye-blue, a bright 3" red tone-on-tone fabric as the outer border and a lovely 5" confetti blue fabric to finish off.
For its backing fabric, a darker shade of navy blue and went back to the red fabric for its binding.
Voila! Turned out nice. Not bad for a first-try ;-)
It was a panel of 8 blocks of flowers, butterfly, turtle, a bee & a lady bug of about 10" in size.
Decided to use up my 2.5" craps to surround each block, a lime green border all around it and finished it off with a 5" flowery pink fabric.
I couldn't stop ..... it just got bigger & bigger.
A nice pale pink flower fabric for its backing and a pink binding to go with it.
Its longish ..... but beautiful!
Wait till you see this one! .... Had a friend painted this traffic light and another U-turn sign down below.
Put different fabrics as the borders according to color of the car. A nice teal blue as outer border and finished it off with a greenish-blue criss cross fabric.
Anyone knows this cloth full of cars? Yes! Its a quilt cover from IKEA. I cut them cars out and thought I'd have some fun with them ;-)
A simple lined blue-ish green backing fabric and yet another shade of green for binding.
I absolutely love it! Nice & big. Master piece don't 'cha think? ;-)

Just added a 5" lite pale pink fabric ....
.... mauve pink for its binding and found an interesting pink fabric for its backing.
Hassle free - done in a bit. Love it!
Its a Paddington Bear panel - found it at Kelvin's shop! So love it.

For a boy ...... Its the same cowboy-teddy panel but with a different border.
..... and for a girl, with the same border as previously. 
Made my first STARZ! Its lovely.
The star blocks measures about 10" x 11" and there are 9 blocks altogether. Sashing is a 3" white fabric and finished it off with a 4" red/orange/yellow striped fabric. 
A cream with small white flowers for its backing and a bright yellow binding all around.
Turned out lovely! A bit squarish - but just lovely ;-)
