Simply added a 5" striped fabric from IKEA and . . . . . it'd done!

Yet another polkadot fabric for its backing, a dark blue one this time :-)

Summer Blooms - the 4th one!

Lovely panel full of summer blooms - long and thin. I simply added borders and quilted the center piece.

1st border was a 3.5" light pink fabric, followed by a 2" green moss polkadot fabric and finally a 5" yellow print fabric which complimented the center piece.

Lovely match!

Backing fabric was a mauve shade of pink polkadot and binding was the same lite-pale pink.

Just lovely, simple & nice.

Hello Kitty!

Such a bright pink & blue "Hello Kitty" panel that I thought I'd give it a go! I just love that combo.

Lo and behold! I happened to have just the right pink & blue polkadots!

 I cut them into 3" x 5" strips and alternated them together into my finishing border.

Backing fabric is a lovely red/pink/blue/white/yellow stars on pink background and binding was a bold kona pink I had in my stash.

Turned out pretty not bad . . . .  :-)

A favourite with the girls!

Jungle Babies

A lovely simple "Jungle Babies" animal panel I came across at the Bernina's shop recently. Couldn't resist it as I knew I could whip it up real fast. Quilted the center piece and added borders.

Simply added a 5" pale green dots fabric and - its done!

Backing fabric is new in my stash - a green printed fabric that went well and binding fabric was a bold orange polkadot. Why not!

Boyds Bear Family

A simple Bear panel in purple that I couldn't resist.

Added a 5" dark purple border . . . and it's done!

Had some left over big dark purple polkadots which I used for its backing and some tiny lilac dots for its binding. 

Done. Simple. Nice.
